ACEO Paintings
I was recently scrolling through Instagram and came across a series of reels that talked about ACEO paintings. I had never heard of them but from what I learned they were small paintings that were traded similar to playing cards. It was a way for artists to make art more accessible. ACEO stands for Art Cards, Editions and Originals. They come in the size of 3.5 inches x 2.5 inches. As an artist who loves sharing art I thought I’d create a few watercolor paintings. I started with taking a large watercolor sheet and cut my own mini canvas. I have a total of 12 that I am hoping to create. Currently I have created 9.
